Around Hermitage Association and Singleton Council invite you and your friends to join us for 2 days of ‘en plein air’ in a beautiful Autumn Hunter setting. Selected vineyards are being opened up to artists for a whole day to paint, draw or in any fashion capture the beauty of the Hunter.
Artists are invited to bring their own materials and experience the joy of ‘en plein air’, the practise of painting out doors , in direct engagement with nature, where the transitory effects of light can be observed and recorded.
Soak up the atmosphere whilst enjoying a meal at Tuscany Wine Estate or a picnic at Mistletoe Winery or Misty Glen Wines. Bring your easel and create your masterpiece! Artworks produced over the nominated days may go on exhibition at Mistletoe’s Pokolbin Fine Art Gallery. All welcome, accommodation available at various venues Around Hermitage.
