The Polin vineyards were established by the Polin family in 1996 in the Upper Hunter Valley, near to Denman, specializing in Shiraz. Our expansion into the Pokolbin area saw our range expand to include Chardonnay, Verdelho, Rosé and a contrasting style of Shiraz.

The “Polin & Polin” label honours those pioneers in our family who, together with countless other Irish families, contributed to the development of commerce in NSW during those early days of the colony. It is recognition of the contribution of our ancestors made to the lifestyle we enjoy today and after which we have named our vineyards.
