Wright Family Wines has been a family owned and operated vineyard since 1985 with plantings of Semillon, Chardonnay, Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and Chambourcin. We release selected varietals each season, ensuring that our handcrafted wines exhibit the full Hunter flavours for which our region is famous. The wines are elegant, fruit driven, well balanced with fruit and acid, and always with a long clean finish.

We have received numerous awards with 1 trophy, 1 gold, 4 silver and 6 bronze medals since commencing exhibiting our wines in 2004. Accolades from James Halliday (wine writer & wine show judge) ratings in the 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009 Australian Wine Companion from 86 to 94.
