TERMS AND CONDITIONS and other important information
Your emailed booking confirmation is your ticket. Tickets must be presented on arrival at the event.
Food and Drink
Dietary requirements – allergies, vegetarian, vegan, gluten free etc, for catered events guests must notify the event organisers at least 48 hours in advance, otherwise, the event organisers can not guarantee that suitable alternatives will be available.
Food, wine, beer and soft drinks can be purchased at the venue.
Free drinking water will be available.
Strictly NO BYO (Bring Your Own) food or drink.
What to bring
Seating is provided unless specified.
Where seating is not provided: Bring chairs (low chairs preferred), picnic rugs, suitable clothing for cooler nights/rain.
What not to bring
No glass, metal cutlery, umbrellas, tents/gazebos, high backed chairs. No dangerous or offensive items. No professional cameras.
Transport & Car Parking
Car Parking is limited at the venues. Don’t drink & drive. A number of operators in the area will do transfers to local accommodation.
Tickets are confirmed on receipt of payment, strictly no refunds unless the event is cancelled by the organisers.
Outdoor Events are subject to prevailing weather conditions. Specifically, rain will not prohibit the screening of films or the running of other events. Events will be cancelled only if weather conditions present a danger at the venue at the event start time. Tickets will not be exchanged or refunded unless the event is cancelled by event organisers due to dangerous weather conditions.
Children under the age of 18.
Children are welcome at events except where film ratings preclude persons under 18 years or restrictions apply, NO children will be admitted including babes in arms. Persons under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult.
Collection of Personal Information
The personal information collected by Around Hermitage Assoc. Inc. is used to ensure that the tickets or goods you purchased are delivered to you and that you are advised of any possible changes/cancellations that may occur in relation to the event you booked.
Around Hermitage Assoc. Inc. collect personal financial information to confirm the identity of users and bill customers for products and services. Around Hermitage Assoc. Inc. will not share financial or unique identifier information with third parties without your prior consent. When you make a purchase through the Around Hermitage Assoc. Inc. system (Events Manager / PayPal payment gateway / Sticky Tickets) your consent is required to provide your financial or contact information to those third parties necessary to process your transactions with us, such as credit card companies and the companies that handle shipping on our behalf. Around Hermitage Assoc. Inc. will also pass your contact details on to participating Venues and Presenters, who abide by the National Privacy Principles, to keep you informed of future events via direct marketing. You were asked at the time of booking if you would like to receive this information. You may also change this choice in the future by contacting us with this request, although it may also be necessary to contact any other organisations (Venues & Presenters) which have obtained your information to indicate your choice at this stage.
