In the evening head to the Casuarina Estate for the main event of the day. Brian McGuigan, one of the Hunter Valley’s renowned winemakers, will host a dinner and recount tales of his life in the Hunter Valley and why the Hermitage Road area is such a great wine producing area. His story will be told in words and film.
