Don’t be late, don’t be late for a very important date!
Slide down the rabbit hole to the Estate.
We’re having a tea party, at 12.30 pm it starts,
On Saturday 8th June, why not come dressed as the Queen of Hearts.
Until 3.30 pm, we’ll laugh and have fun,
We’ll be at The Estate, 28 Mistletoe Lane until the party is done.
With Entertainment, lawn games; croquet, bocce and giant chess,
Now please come dressed in your Saturday best.
Food, tea, champagne and wine a flowing,
Come with some chums, you will sure to be glowing.
Our Chef Luke will be wearing a hat,
You wear one too, we have prizes for that.
It’s a Mad Hatter’s Tea Party, please mark the day,
