1st Release Wine Week

Thomas Wines – 2017 Sweetwater Shiraz is coming out of the Cellar for a pre-release tasting window from Friday 9 November to Sunday 11 November.

This pre-release tasting offers a sneak preview of the highly anticipated 2017 vintage & an opportunity to grab supplies for Christmas (before it’s tucked back in the Cellar for its May 2019 release).

For this limited time, the 2017 Sweetwater Shiraz will also be available via our website.

To accompany the tasting we have The Hunter Valley Cheese Factory Co. P/L joining us with a pop-up Cheese Bar on the Friday & Saturday. Sample their local cheeses, pair your tasting to a Cheese plate or stock up with supplies for drinks on the verandah at your weekend accommodation for sunset.
