Romance your loved one at The Mill Restaurant with a special menu created by Executive Chef Emilio Llausas.
This menu starts with locally sourced, freshly shucked Port Stephens Sydney Rock Oyster, house cured trout and wakame salad and choose to indulge with a glass of champagne; perfect for lovers of fine tastes.
This is followed by an amazing 3 course meal; set entree and dessert, palette cleanser and two options for main course. For dessert, experience the theatre of food when the burnt butter sauce is poured onto the chocolate sphere; magically melting to create a pool and exposing a surprise of decadent delight … wow!
