In true “Thommo style” Andrew Thomas will be celebrating the release of his range of the exceptional 2018 vintage of shiraz over a long leisurely lunch in Pokolbin, and he’d love you to join him. He’s enlisted the help of Chef Sam Alexander and Sommelier Pat Hester, of local favourite Yellow Billy, to create a banquet from the fire pit for the occasion.
The meaty banquet will include a four course menu beginning with Braemore Semillon, featuring nine 2018 Thomas Wines Shiraz and finishing with a Kiss from the Provenance list.
