Biography
Hunter Belle Cheese Room is founded by Geoff & Tania Chesworth, dairy farmers turned cheesemakers.
Located in Pokolbin in the Hunter Valley, next to De Iuliis Wines, Hunter Belle Cheese Room is a Cheese Deli, Bar and Gourmet Produce & Gift Store all in one – a social space for people to enjoy quality wine and craft beer matched with artisan cheese and fine food (not to mention our decadent fudge and gelato).

Our licenced Cafe invites you to enjoy our ’wine bar style’ menu, designed for sharing and grazing while you enjoy the local scenery, quality wines, and celebrate our beautiful handmade cheese.
Sit back and relax with a boutique beer, locally roasted gourmet coffee or creamy milkshake (with our very own Brown Swiss Cows milk); and top off your visit with a scoop of our creamy gelato, made in-house, or try some of our famous creamy fudge.
