Founded by Emma and David who migrated from the UK to Australia 20 years ago, and who share a deep love for global wine culture, our approach is driven by what today’s discerning wine drinkers truly value.

Or try our unique Dumplings & Wine Pairing in the cellar door as you settle back and enjoy the stunning vineyard views.
Treat yourself to the best possible start to your day in the beautiful Hunter Valley with a truly unique experience – Breakfast in the Vines. Choose from a hot or cold luxury breakfast, accompanies by a glass of sparkling wine, and settle in to one of the several stunning locations set up for you across our vineyard. Relax, take your time and immerse yourself in the natural beauty of our vineyard, set against the stunning backdrop of the Broken Back Mountains.
Once you are done, come and join us in the cellar door and we’ll take you through a complementary wine tasting. At the end of the tasting choose a bottle* of our wine to take home with you as part of your experience.
Enjoy our delicious dumplings, each carefully matched with the perfect wine to compliment the different flavours. The experience consists of 5 different dumplings and 5 of our award-winning wines. In the mood for a light snack and a glass of wine? Our dumplings are also available to enjoy with a glass of wine (or two) as you relax and take in the views.
