Peter Drayton Wines

Peter Drayton is a 5th generation descendant of the Drayton Family in Australia.
Peter is a proud producer of a range of award winning wines at his Ironbark Hill vineyard. Set at the foot of the Brokenback range, the 40 hectare property has 16 hectares under vine and includes a cellar door open to the public, conference/wedding facilities and accommodation on site. It is also home to a brand new craft beer Brewhouse.
The vineyard produces wine from the grape varieties for which the Hunter is famous, including Shiraz, Semillon and Chardonnay. It also has extensive plantings of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Verdelho and more recently, an exciting new grape variety called Tyrian. The Ironbark Hill site is unique, in that it is able to produce seven varieties of wine from the single individual vineyard.
