Around Hermitage Hunter Valley is synonymous with the grape varieties of Semillon and Shiraz, but you’ll also find varieties not often seen in the Hunter. Come and try some Hunter Valley Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chambourcin, Verdelho and some of the best Riesling in Australia, all locally grown.

We work with one of the Hunter’s most knowledgeable estate managers to ensure the historical integrity of the estate’s 60 acres of mature vines are respected and nurtured.
The fertile grounds are being cultivated as a source of raw ingredients for use in our new culinary range including Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Organic Manuka Honey.
And with every passing day, our Oriental display garden will further add to the remarkable sense of tranquillity and peacefulness that resides here.
