LIBBY & LILS CELEBRATES WITH A GRAND OPENING EVENT
Pokolbin NSW – Libby and Lils is proud to announce its grand opening on 2 December 2017.
Sue Gleave and Natalie Morley, owners of Libby and Lils, have 15+ years of experience in the Hunter Valley running successful businesses in Holiday Home rentals and Interior Styling. Originally from Sydney, Sue built Hunter Valley Stays over a 14 year span, selling the business in 2016 and deciding it was time to do something new. Natalie, one of Sydney’s top stylists, moved to the Hunter in 2016 for a sea change and has been running her very successful styling business, Changing Spaces in the Valley ever since.
Libby and Lils “Stuff with History and Stuff Without“ is their new venture, an eclectic mix of new and old homewares, bric-a-brac, clothes and gift shop at Peter Drayton’s Vineyard and Ironbark Brewery on Hermitage Road. The shop will incorporate many local suppliers and a mix of unusual pieces from all over the world.
“I am excited to open this outlet as I believe it is what the Hunter needs,” says Natalie, a partner in Libby and Lils. “Many people think that we are Libby and Lil but they are, in fact, our mothers who would enjoy coming to garage sales with us when our children were young. “This has been a dream come true.”
Libby and Lil’s is about finding something a little different. Not your usual homewares products. “We hope to open our coffee bar, which is also part of the shop, very soon” says Sue “we are just looking for the right barista then we will be the go-to coffee bar in the Valley”.
We open on Saturday 2nd December with a big Garage Sale. It will be fun!
